  • Built-ins, shelving walls, and wood paneling designed on-site
  • Solid wood construction, finished to match existing trim or cabinetry
  • Work scaled from a single accent wall to a full room
  • Residential and commercial millwork built to the same standard

Where We Add Millwork

Architectural millwork covers a wide range of detail work, built to fit the room it's going into.

Built-In Shelving & Cabinetry

Floor-to-ceiling shelving walls, window seats, and built-ins designed around your room's exact dimensions.

Wall Paneling & Wainscoting

Wood paneling, wainscoting, and accent walls that add depth and detail to a room without a full renovation.

Trim & Architectural Detail

Crown molding, mantels, and trim work finished to match — or intentionally contrast with — your home's existing style.

Millwork Built in Our Own Shop

Your millwork isn't cut from stock trim profiles — it's built by hand in our workshop, one piece at a time. Every panel, joint, and edge is shaped and finished by the same people who measured your space, so the detail work reads as one continuous piece, not a patchwork of parts.

That hands-on approach is what lets us fit millwork into a room's actual architecture — an uneven wall, an odd ceiling height, a window that isn't quite centered — without it looking like an afterthought.

How We Build Your Millwork

A straightforward process, from the first conversation to the last piece installed.

Millwork for Any Space

Whether it's a built-in shelving wall for a home office or millwork for a commercial lobby or retail space, the approach stays the same — measured on-site, designed around the room's actual architecture, and built by hand in our shop.

  • Home offices, living rooms, and entryway millwork
  • Commercial lobbies, offices, and retail detailing
  • Work matched to existing trim, cabinetry, or architectural style
  • Projects scaled from a single wall to a full space

Wood Species We Work With

The wood you choose affects grain, color, and how millwork ages — we'll help you pick the right species for the space.

Maple wood grain texture

Maple

Tight, even grain with a pale, consistent tone. Takes paint and light stains cleanly — a common choice for clean, modern millwork.

Oak wood grain texture

Oak

Bold, visible grain and excellent durability. A traditional choice that takes stain well and suits period-style trim.

Millwork FAQs

A few questions people often ask before starting a millwork project.

What counts as millwork?

Built-in shelving, wall paneling, wainscoting, trim, mantels, and other custom wood detailing that's shaped to fit a specific room, rather than bought as stock trim.

Can you match millwork to trim we already have?

In most cases, yes — we can assess your existing profiles, wood species, and stain on-site and build new work to match as closely as possible.

Do you handle commercial millwork projects?

Yes. The process is the same as residential work — we measure the space, design around its architecture, and build everything by hand in our shop.

Can millwork be added to an existing room without a full renovation?

Yes — built-ins, paneling, and trim work are often the easiest way to add architectural detail to a room without touching the layout or structure.
